In Ancient Rome entertainment was vital in the daily life for Romans. Romans had developed activities such as chariot racing, theaters, amphitheatres and public baths.

Some of these activities have developed into more modern sporting events that we may recognize. Public baths in Ancient Rome was a form of socialization and exercise; today we would call this a fitness gym. Every sport originally began somewhere and I have taken a look into the history of Roman entertainment.
